At the very first step, before the contract is signed with the companies or companies be practically registered under the framework of Rawnaq project – initially, the companies which are keen to receive the project services must send their application forms to Rawnaq project. Later, each company will then be visited and eligible companies will be included in Rawnaq project’s business training program. During this period, companies are required to participate in Rawnaq project training program, which will be held two days in a week.
The training program is organized separately for each province and our provincial colleagues will facilitate the relevant trainings. The business training program takes a total of 5 weeks, and efforts will be made to ensure that companies receive the necessary guidance and training in regard of the accepted KANFAS business model. The KANFAS business model consists of 9 major parts that focuses mainly on the company’s internal and external issues such as estimated product value, branding, customer relationship, cost structure, revenue stream and other related issues. Companies that successfully complete the training program will be included in the next stage, which is the technical assistance of Rawnaq project.
